How do I get help from Fiilar?

Start here in Help. Search for your question, or type it and tap Ask the guide for a short answer drawn from these articles. In the app, guests find Help on the Account tab and hosts find it under More > Account settings > Help. On the website, go to fiilar.com/help.

If you still need us, tap Email support at the bottom of Help. Tell us which booking or listing you are writing about.

Help also links to the Cancellation policy, Safety and reporting, Terms of service and Privacy policy. Never send your password, card number or any code we send you in a message or email.
