- Give accurate account information. Do not impersonate someone or use an account without permission.
- Keep messages, reviews and listings honest and respectful. Harassment, discrimination, threats and exploitation are not allowed.
- Use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Keep booking payments on Fiilar.
- Do not access other people’s accounts, bypass security or disrupt the service.
Using a space
Follow the listing’s house rules, capacity, booked hours and agreed purpose. Do not use a space for unlawful activity, fraud, trafficking, commercial sexual services, unlicensed regulated activities, or dangerous activity that the venue is not authorised and equipped to support.
Guests are responsible for their group and should report damage or safety issues promptly. Hosts must have permission to offer the space, describe it accurately and disclose material restrictions or hazards.
If something goes wrong
Depending on the issue, Fiilar may remove content, restrict an account, cancel a booking or review a payment or payout. Booking policies and applicable law determine the outcome. Contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken.
Report a concern
Contact support with the listing or booking reference and relevant details. Avoid sharing sensitive information in public reviews. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.
