How do I import existing reservations?

If you have bookings from before Fiilar, import them so guests cannot book those times. In Bookings, tap Add a booking, choose Import existing bookings, then pick a CSV file (up to 200 rows, 1 MB) or paste your rows.

Match your columns, check the dates and time zone, then review the preview. Rows are skipped if they are incomplete, repeat a row or calendar entry, or clash with a booking or blocked time.

We check again when you save, so look at the result and your calendar. Imported bookings are your own records: Fiilar does not collect money for them, and they do not sync with other calendars. Only an owner or manager can remove an imported batch.
