How much will I get back if I cancel?

It depends on the space's cancellation policy and how close to the start you cancel. Open the booking and tap Cancel booking. Before you confirm, you see what you get back: the booking refund, any caution fee refund and the total.

The service fee comes back only when you get a full refund. The policy percentage applies to the booking amount, not your whole checkout total, so go by the amount shown rather than working it out yourself. If the host has not yet accepted your request, cancelling refunds everything.

You need to verify your identity before you can cancel. You cannot cancel once your booking has started or after you check in. If your host has not turned up, use My host is not here instead.

After you cancel, the booking shows Your refund with the status of each payment. Your bank can take up to ten working days to show it.
