My host cancelled. What happens next?

You get a full refund, including the service fee and the caution fee. The refund starts as soon as the host cancels, and you do not need to do anything. The cancellation policy does not reduce it.

You may also get a Fiilar rebooking credit. If a replacement space costs more, it covers the difference up to the amount shown on your booking. It applies by itself at checkout, once, within 30 days.

Your booking may also suggest spaces that are free on your date. You do not have to book one to get your refund.

Follow the refund on the booking under Your refund. Your bank can take up to ten working days to show it. If the booking says your host withdrew a cancellation request, the booking still stands.
