How do I check in and check out?

Open the booking in Bookings. From 30 minutes before your start time, tap Send my check-in code. We email you the code and show it on the booking. When you arrive, read it out to your host so they can check you in. Do not share it before you arrive.

If the code expires, you can ask for a new one while the booking is still on. Once the booking has ended, you can no longer check in. For a booking with several sessions, each code unlocks 30 minutes before that session starts.

If your host does not turn up, use My host is not here on the booking.

When your booked time is over, tap Mark as checked out and confirm with Yes, I have left. You are asked whether anything was damaged, so you can note it. You cannot check out before your booked time ends; with several sessions, the last one must be over.

Your caution fee is settled after checkout. If the host makes a damage claim, it can change how much comes back to you.
